Original US-pressing from 1992 on CAPRI Records Ltd., CPR 74018. Audiophile record, Limited and Numbered Edition, this copy has Seq.# 0199 printed on the little silver sticker on the records back. Pressed on 180 Gram virgin vinyl. Mastered by the great Doug Sax. This is NOT the recent reissue, this is the first original isssue with a low serial-number !

If you are in love with the bass, this one is for you. On some tracks 3 different bass-players play and sometimes (via over-dubbing) up to 10 basses perform with different line-ups. Probably the last recordings of F.Green, the “king of the rhythm-guitar”, the LP is tributed to him. Nice blend of standards and selfpenned tunes. Supreme audiophile sound-quality. Condition: the record looks & plays in mint-. The cover shows just a hint of slightest shelfwear, overall mint-.

Grading & Cleaning:

• the record has been cleaned on my professional HANNL record cleaning machine

• after that I playgraded it (completely or at least in parts) on my Rega Planar 9, Moving Coil cartridge by EINSTEIN:TU-3 Super Fine Line ( please consider that the playback might differ a bit depending on your own equipment )

• I also visually graded the record under a strong light

• only an unplayed record is mint, the highest grading for a used record is mint- ! My basic gradings are: mint – ex – vg.

• cleaned records are stored in a new deluxe innersleeve and they are placed in a new PVC protection-sleeve !
