Conditions : laminated cover on both sides shows a few slight wear, NEAR MINT / vinyl is very slightly warped at the outer rim without any affectation for the listening, otherwise perfect, NEAR MINT

GRADAZIONE RIGOROSA - STRICTLY GRADED

Copertine e vinili sono visualmente gradati dopo un’attenta osservazione sotto la luce del sole fatta sulla mia terrazza a tetto. Nelle giornate grigie vengono controllati sotto una forte lampada alogena con l’aiuto di una lente d’ingrandimento. Tutti i i 33 giri in asta sono stati interamente ascoltati su un giradischi Rega Planar 3 fornito di una testina a magnete mobile Grado Statement 1. Per EP e singoli a 45 giri utilizzo un Thorens TD 166 BC con testina, sempre MM, Goldring 1006. Ritenendo che le abituali classificazioni quali Mint, Ex, Vg, ecc., ecc… siano poco significative per spiegare le reali condizioni dei dischi ed anche estremamente soggettive, precedo sempre tali classificazioni con una breve descrizione degli eventuali difetti che ho riscontrato, ad eccezione di Mint- che il più alto grado che conferisco a qualsiasi disco. Soltanto per le copie ancora sigillate all’origine utilizzo MINT/MINT.

Sleeves and vinyls are visually graded after a careful check in bright sunshine on my roof terrace. In the gray days I watch the records under a strong halogen lamp with the help of a magnifying glass. All LPs in auction have been fully heard on a turntable Rega Planar 3 with a moving magnet cartridge Grado Statement 1. I listen EPs and singles 45  rpm. on a turntable Thorens TD 166 BC with a MM cartridge Goldring 1006. Considering that the usual classifications such as Mint, EX, Vg, etc…, etc… are not significant to explain the real condition of the records in addition to a total subjectivity of opinion, I always introduce before these classifications a short description concerning any defects I have verified with the exception of Mint minus, the highest grade I declare. I use MINT/MINT exclusively for the still from factory sealed copies.

Note : le composizioni e la direzione dell'orchestra sono di Augusto Algueró. Rhythm and blues e funk dominano incontrastati sul primo lato. " Tuset Street - Introdución " è uno sconvolgente brano funk, dalla struttura caotica e dal ritmo forsennato con vocalizzo femminile, grande drumming ed ottimo basso, " En El Pub " fra rhythm & blues e funk con sonorità veramente elettrizzanti di Hammond e sezione fiati, " Bocaccio Soul ", canzone dalla ritmica funky interpretata in Inglese da una non accreditata vocalista e da Phil Trim, nato nello stato di Trinidad e Tobago e voce solista del gruppo Spagnolo dei Pop Tops, " Boccaccio " con un bel vocalizzo femminile, " This Lonely Heart Needs You " buona canzone di gusto soul interpretata in Inglese da Phil Trim. In aggiunta " Comiendo melón " bossa carina guidata dalla tromba e " Tema De Jordi Y Violeta " dalle atmosfere romantiche. Il secondo lato è una sarabanda multicolore con quattordici temi musicali dalle caratteristiche molte diverse che sembrano rincorrersi a perdifiato : charleston, melodia sinfonica, folk, temi allegri o malinconici, can can, blues.... Segnalo " Bailando Bossa " acustica nella sua prima parte e " Intimidad " caratterizzata da un bel vocalizzo femminile e improvvisazioni jazz al pianoforte.

Notes : all compositions and orchestra by Augusto Algueró.  Rhythm and blues and funk dominate unopposed on the first side. " Tuset Street – Introdución " is a shocking funky tune, from the chaotic structure and hectic pace with some female vocalism, great drumming and an excellent bass, " En El Pub " between rhythm & blues and funk with exciting sonorities by Hammond and brass section, " Bocaccio Soul ", a song from the funky rhythm performed in English by an uncredited female vocalist and Phil Trim, born in Trinidad and Tobago and lead singer of the Spanish group Pop Tops, " Boccaccio " with a beautiful female vocalism, "  This Lonely Heart Needs You ", song of good soul taste performed in English by Phil Trim.  In addition " Comiendo melón ", nice bossa led by trumpet and " Theme De Jordi Y Violeta " from the romantic atmosphere.  The second side is a multicolored sarabande featuring fourteen tracks from many different characteristics which seem to chase at breakneck speed : charleston, symphonic melody, folk, happy or sad atmospheres, can-can, blues ....  Two mentions : " Bailando Bossa " from the acoustic development in its first part and " Intimidad " characterized by a beautiful female vocalism and jazz piano improvisations.
