Description
This is an original 1979 pressing of what I think is the only official vinyl release from San Francisco punk band Aurora Pushups. My folks got this when I was a wee child, back when they managed the Cotati Cabaret in Northern California. They would occasionally host "Punk Night", and bands would often send their promo packs and singles to the club for booking consideration (The Dils were my mom's favorite). This one does not have a picture sleeve, but does have the original plain white sleeve signed by all four band members! This is a highly-listenable "forgotten punk" record. It was rarely-played and well-kept, but does have a visible surface scratch (see last photo). I never noticed it when playing it, so it apparently doesn't affect playback. The record is otherwise in excellent condition with no deep scratches or other flaws. Somebody should put this record on a Killed By Death compilation. Are they even making those anymore? Am I getting old?
