Rosalia - Lux.  2025 release by Columbia Records.  The US and EU/UK versions share the same barcode but this is the US version based on there's no hype sticker and no Sony logo on the back which are supposed to be present on the EU version.   This is a double-album (2x12" vinyl discs) and contains three songs that are exclusive to physical music formats.  The gatefold sleeve also includes a fold-out poster and the autographed Rosalia postcard insert inside the jacket.
This album came advertised as brand new, unplayed and opened only to make sure the insert was inside.  The seller advertised it as NM/NM.  I received the album in the condition pictured except for something I'll note below in paragraph four.  You can see in the pictures that there are multiple dings on the outside sleeve, including: (a) lower left front corner ding, (b) a ding that goes multiple levels on the right side opening that is clearly the result of someone handling the cover, and (c) spine/seam bursts at the top and bottom of the right side gatefold and back cover (could have happened during shipping I guess).  I have marked these deficiencies in blue in the pictures.  
The seam bursts automatically downgrade the album cover to a G+.  Other than the other noted dings, the cover is in good condition.  The original insert is included and in excellent condition.  The Autographed Insert is present and in excellent condition.  I have put it inside a 7" vinyl sleeve for protection going forward.
The other issue with the disc when it arrived in my possession is that the first disc was warped.  I played the first disc twice (once all the way through, a second time to record some spots on sides 1 & 2) in its warped condition and it had multiple skips, pops, etc.  I was able to, I believe, mostly fix the warp in the first disc and flatten it ~90% of the way.  I did not use a heated warp fixer/disc press as that is a last resort (sometimes the heat and plying the heated vinyl ruins the playback continuity by stretching the grooves).  I put the protected disc in between two heavy flat items for a period of about 2 weeks and it mostly flattened the disc.   I then played the disc again and it played perfectly on sides 1 & 2.  I then waited a week and played it again on sides 1 & 2 and they remained perfect.  I then waited another two weeks and listened again to make sure that over time the disc was not losing its new flatness and returning to warped condition; again the disc played perfectly on both sides.  So I have listened to the first disc about six times and believe the warp is fixed -- I have included the video in the pictures as evidence of this.  The second disc was not warped and I listened to it once and it played perfectly.  
Based on the play testing, the discs are graded VG+ condition, mostly because I listened to the first disc several times as described above.  The music really sounds in NM condition as you'd expect from a new record, but because of what it's been through I'm treating it like a used disc and limiting the grade to VG+.  Visually both discs are pretty much perfect looking and disc 1 lays basically flat after my work on it.  Again, see the included video.
Therefore I am now satisfied that the disc is in appropriate condition to be sold to another buyer.  I resolved my issues with the original seller separately and am offering this disc at lower pricing than it would otherwise command due to the issues noted, which I believe are fixed except the sleeve issues which I can't really do anything about.  But the playback is good now and really you're probably mostly buying this for the signed insert anyways :)
