Visual grade: Disc is weak M- probably unplayed before recording soundclip. Somewhat low budget paper sleeve (it's a little thinner than modern printer paper) has mild wrinkles -- grading low VG with only very subtle foxing on front. Cover also looks like it was folded incorrectly and then refolded (so there is an extra crease on the reverse near right side).
