AVENUE LP Alan Caddy TWELVE TOP HITS cover versions 1970 pops Beatles cheesecake
Original UK stereo pressing LP from 1970 on Avenue Recordings (AVE 036).Produced by Alan Caddy, with the line-up including some unnamed but now very famous artists. This one features the talents of David Byron from Uriah Heep, singing vocals to earn some extra money!
Groovy pop covers and ballads including some funky drum breaks and fuzz guitar on some of the tracks, as well as good versions of some Beatles/Lennon tracks.
Comes in original front-laminated flipback picture sleeve with sexy blonde woman holding a confused looking cat on the front cover.

Vinyl in excellent condition. There is a bit of light surface wear and one or two faint scuffs visible, but both sides play through absolutely fine.
On the second picture i have taken (above), the shiny silver label lettering has caused the camera to behave strangely and make it appear as though there are some blemishes on the label, but if you look at the close-up pictures you will see that the labels are fine!
Sleeve in very good+ condition due to a bit of creasing at the top left corner and next to the title spine, and also a small bump to the top right corner, but otherwise looks pretty tidy with no writing or spine splits.
