Though there are rarely ever any problems with my items (I always try my very best to describe everything exactly!) - PLEASE REMEMBER to contact with me FIRST, if you have any problems at all, before you leave feedback and star ratings, so I get a chance to turn any negative experience into a positive one! I can always happily sort anything out for you, if you let me know you have a problem! This way no one has to leave Negative/Neutral feedback - and we both walk away happy! Please do NOT bid if you cannot give me at least 1 chance to sort everything out to your FULL satisfaction in the unlikely event of a problem. Thanks. Our Service for you:- we send your parcel immediately after monetary input
- we send the tracking number directly
- we can't do more... we have no affekt for the shipping times,
so please have some patience - If you do not want to wait, we please you not to bid, thank you.
Yours ach011blau Team
Corona worries us all, at the moment German DHL is flying, not to the USA ......... !!!!!!!!!!
there is the possibility to store your won articles, there is an expensive possibility, a package of up to 5 kilos with a corona surcharge of 16 euros would be deliverable but costs 52 euros to the usa, that is the status at the moment, i waited a long time to write it because I hope every day that air traffic will be back to normal .... I hope .... so please consider how you do it, stay healthy ... Gerhard from Germany
