Description
Abba The Singles The First Ten Years. A Special Limited Edition Commemorative Set. Complete, original item from 1982. This is a boxset that includes the two LP records of the normal title but being special in this set they are picture discs. Poster, pretend ticket to eurovision song contest 1974 and small but interesting reading book based on articles from the Mail and Melodymaker. This is a sought after United Kingdom made item somewhere around the top of most collector`s wants lists and genuinely a very few and far between item. Condition, the picture discs look like new, no dust, no scratches, no touch marks and definetly no nasties hence near mint. Disc bags crystal clear and clean but some light "wobbling" and each has a split on one side, however they are the same as other epic picture disc bags found on more common items. The poster has the most minor of wear or crease very close to the edge. On the rear is a couple of small fox marks on the fold lines. A pin hole is present in all four corners, suggesting that someone pinned it on their wall. I graded this as VG. The reproduction ticket looks good and fresh, VG+. The booklet has very light spinewear and is very good and clean apart from 3 unmovable grubby finger spots on the front. The box is great both inside and out apart from a gash on the back (please see photos) and wear on the bottom rear edge and bottom right corner. Apart from that a great condition box with zero crushing or creasing; however because of the gash the box gets the lowest grade of G+ hence the item as a whole will also be rated G+. In perfect condition this item would sell for over a hundred pounds, probably in about ten minutes flat. The price I consider to be fair to try for buyer and seller is well; fifty quid popped into my head, but I will pay the postage, first class signed for, of course.
