The Beatles-Abbey Road (Original Master Recording)
Mobile Fidelity/Capitol-1980
Record Condition: NM (no noticeable wear, scuffing or scratches, vinyl looks sharp, excellent sound quality)
Jacket Condition: NM ( No tears, seam splits or creases, looks nearly new)
A note about my grading:
I visually inspect all of my albums and play some of it to get an idea of the sound. Therefore, my goal is to be conservative in my grading. If you don't agree that the quality is as good as I stated, please let me know before leaving feedback.
How I Grade:
RECORD CONDITION:
M Absolutely perfect. I will never list an album with this grade, because it usually implies never been touched or played and all of my albums have been played at least once
NM Very minor wear, looks almost new
VG++ May have minor scuffs that do not interfere with with the sound quality. Vinyl is bright and shiny; label is clean and unmarked
VG+ Some visible surface wear, very minor scratches and scuffs, but minor impact on sound.
VG Noticeable scratches or scuffs that will have an impact on the sound, but not overpower the music. No skips
G Deeper scratches causing distracting surface noises. The record will play without any skips
P Poor, Major noise, surface damage, deep scratches and skip. I will never list an album in this condition unless it is extremely rare.
ALBUM COVER:
M Absolutely perfect, no corner dings, marks, tears, dents, impressions from the disc or other flaws. Cover will look as if it is nearly new
NM Very minor signs of wear or cover impressions
VG++ Minor disc impression or slight corner creases, no wrinkles, seam splits or writing on the cover.
VG+ Cover is clean but may have minor writing or marks and show some wear. No splits or tears
VG Covers are worn and used. Seams may be starting to split or been repaired with tape, but artwork is still attractive.
G Several flaws will appear, such as seam splits, large marker writing, major seam splits, damaged corners, tears, cuts, gouges. Rare that I will list a cover in this condition. Very close to what you would find in a goodwill store.
