My grading terms: (some may find this grading system strict as I am very meticulous! ):

Sealed :          still in its original factory wrapping,never opened!

MINT:                 like new,NOT any kind of scuffs,scratches,marks or fingerprints ,looks like never played

NEAR MINT:   some small hairline marks/paper scuffs to the record, /jacket: very light wears to the corners or to the seams

EXCELLENT: some light scuffs or scratches to the record. Surface noise will be evident upon playing, especially in soft passages and during a song's intro and fade, but will not overpower the music otherwise. /jacket: light wears and  creases to the corners and seams but still looks nice   

VERY GOOD: more scratches,scuffs or marks but not serious,plays without skipping,louder surface noise / jacket: wears and creases to the corners and seams,seam split ,ring wear 

GOOD:             strong scratches or scuffs, plays with surface noise but without skipping/ jacket: strong wears and creases to the corners,seam splits, drillholes,sawcuts or punchholes and light tears  to the jacket without missing parts of the cover

POOR:             more strong scratches,could have effect to playing quality,missing parts of the jacket,raw tears or creases ,filler for collections
