This auction is for a copy of the 2LP MUSIC FOR A FUTURE AGE by Adam and the Ants. This gorgeous double LP set features the legendary 31 December 1979 New Years Eve concert by the Ants at the Electric Ballroom in London in full. This is the ONLY show where Lee Gorman played bass for the Ants. The quality of the show is rough, but it is a great show with great songs and it is perfectly listenable and enjoyable. Out of a scale from 1 to 10 I would grade this 8+. This double set is limited to 10 (yes, 10!!!) numbered copies only, so this might be your only chance ever of buying one. Here is what you get: the set contains two albums hand-pressed with white hand-stamped labels, they come in plastic covered inner sleeves in a heavy carton gatefold sleeve. On the front of the sleeve is a replica of the original flyer for this concert. The sleeve contains four inserts: another replica of the original flyer, an essay about the concert and a tracklisting all printed on 300 grams paper. The fourth insert is a full sized printed poster of the Zerox tour by the Ants. Please see the images for further details. I have added a buy-it-now price for those who act fast.
