Description
Aerosmith - Big Ones 2 LP Vinyl 1994
Cover : G
Inners: VG-/VG-
Records: G/G
This is a European copy of Aerosmith's "Big Ones" greatest hits collection from 1994. Difficult to get hold of as this was released at a time when nobody cared about vinyl and let's face it, in 1994 Aerosmith's comeback was about to run out of steam so this probably wasn't seen as a priority at the time. Pity really as (unless you argue it out with a purist) this is a brilliant, fat-free collection representing Aerosmith second (and most commercially successful) career peak.
As you will see from the pics this copy has seen some action. I've graded it G as the sleeve whilst intact has nshare of sshelf/spinewear. Possibly ex-library given the sticker removal froythe bottom right of the front sleeve a, the sticker on side 2 (and side 4 where someone has attempted to remove a sticker). The plus points are that although the vinyl has had some wear it plays ok (on my Project turntable with a bit of inevitable snap, crackle and pop but nothing extraordinary. and i pleasantly enough both inners are intact too as pictured.
I'm not fooling anyone here, this is is a copy you can play when you've had a few beers rather than one you'll sframe or slip in a plastic protective sleeve to show off to your collector buddies. It's fun and functional. If you want a mint copy definitely look elsewhere but be warned it won't come cheap. This on the other hand I'm starting at a fiver.
Happy bidding.
