Description
1971 2nd Pressing of the hard to find of the Jazz Masterpiece "The Awakening" by the Ahmad Jamal Trio. The record is in solid shape, but unfortunately was found with no cover. Priced accordingly Record will be shipped with generic red outer 12" sleeve. Famously,the song "I Love Music" was sampled in the 1994 record "Illmatic" by NY Rapper Nas which is often in the running for the "greatest hip hop album of all time".
Media Condition: VG LP is in solid shape. Record has some slight scuffs and very light scratches, nothing deep that heavily affects play. Album has been fully play tested and plays back with some light audible wear, but nothing overpowering. No skipping.

Shipped in generic red outer sleeve.

Good listener copy. Not perfect but for how hard this album is to find, it's worth it. From my personal collection.
