Description
Issued on Jah Life catalogue number JK 009 this is a double A sided record issued in 1985 and reaching the top ten in the Reggae charts in May and June of that year. The A side utilises the Shinehead " Billie Jean " rhythm and features the vocal followed by the dub track. The B side is a digital rhythm with three cuts, first we have Al Campbell with Jail Bait then on track 2 Wayne Jarrett comes along with the dancehall tune Brooklyn Me Rest followed by the dub of the rhythm. Wayne Jarrett was based in Brooklyn at the time so presumably this was recorded there. The vinyl is visually graded as near mint with no marks or scuffs, both labels are clean and mark free. All tracks play perfectly with no crackles or pops or surface noise.
