Description
Hard to find 1972 English pressing LP featuring five previously unreleased tracks from avant-garde jazz musicians John Surman (baritone sax, piano), Alan Skidmore (tenor sax) and Tony Oxley (drums) “Jazz In Britain ’68-’69” (Decca Eclipse ECS 2114, stereo).
Also appearing are Kenny Wheeler and Harry Becket (trumpet & flugelhorn), Malcom Griffiths (trombone), Mike Osborne (alto sax), Alan Jackson (drums), John Taylor (piano) and Harry Miller (bass).
The tracklist is: Bouquet Garni/Shepherd Oak/Bessie/Circles On Ice/Winter Song.
The LP looks and plays near mint. I’m unable to see even one spindle mark. The glossy “clarifoil” cover is also near mint with just some light wear.
NO reserve. I ship worldwide and will combine winning bids to save postage. In the US, the winning bidder pays choice of media mail ($2.85) or priority shipping (based on ZIP code). Good luck!
