From ESP Records (1016) this is NEW YORK EYE AND EAR CONTROL by  ALBERT AYLER, a first mono pressing in beautiful condition. Jacket is about EX; deep groove LP appears NEAR MINT MINUS and play grades much higher. The ESP label catalog us about perfect (FINE) and the original inner sleeve is MINT. Overall, a most desirable example of the soundtrack to Michael Snow's film of the same name.
