Description
ARTIST: Albert Ayler Trio
LABEL: ESP 1002 (1965 Mono)
TITLE: Spiritual Unity
CONDITION:
Sleeve: The front cover is VG++ w/ some light ring wear. The back cover is VG+ w/ some ring wear and what looks like some cardboard discoloration from moisture although not really stained at the top left corner. The bottom seam is completely split. The top seam has some wear and a little paper loss. The spine is intact w/ nice readable graphics.
Record: Retains high original gloss and looks Mint- except for a light surface scuff line on Track 1, Side B that does not affect play. I play graded this entire LP. It plays Mint- w/ a few very light very random background ticks. / VPI cleaned / By the spindle hole it looks like this LP may have never been played.
COMMENTS: Original black & white second cover ESP Mono copy of this classic Albert Ayler LP
Please see pics for session info. Email me if you can't read them and require more info
I recently picked up a nice collection of Jazz LP’s including lots of Free Jazz, Avant Garde and Spiritual Jazz. I’ll be listing some in the upcoming weeks and months mixed in with my usual mix of cool & eclectic selections.
NOTE: VPI cleaned means that this record was cleaned on a professional $500 cleaning machine, which does wonders for the playback of all vinyl records!
