Hi and thank you for looking at my item - This bid is for the record - album - lp - THE COOL SOUND OF ALBERT COLLINS - tcf hall - monaural - tcf 8002-from 1965 - cover is in excellent ++ condition, it the original shrink,which is opened - the record is in excellent ++ to near mint condition, one light scratch - looks like it was played once or twice - red label- They call Albert Collins the Iceman because of his cool, slick style. This album first came out in 1965 under the title The Cool Sounds of Albert Collins. Personnel: Albert Collins (guitar, vocals); Henry Hayes (alto saxophone); Big Tiny (tenor saxophone); Frank Mitchell (trumpet); Walter McNeil (organ); Bill Johnson (bass); Herbert Henderson (drums). Principally recorded in Houston, Texas from 1962 to 1963. Originally released in 1965 as "THE COOL SOUND OF ALBERT COLLINS" (TCF-8002)- Tracks1. Frosty 2. Hot 'N Cold 3. Frostbite 4. Tremble 5. Thaw Out 6. Dyin' Flu 7. Don't Lose Your Cool 8. Backstroke 9. Kool Aide 10. Shiver 'N Shake 11. Icy Blue 12. It looks like it has never been played; NEAR MINT - Very clean with just a few light marks; EX - Light marks and/or few superficial scuffs and/or light scratches. An enjoyable listening with possible light intermittent surface noise; VG - Marks and/or scuffs and/or scratches. Still an enjoyable listening but with some surface noise; G - It plays with lots of surface noise-many scratches .............. JACKET GRADING: MINT - It looks like it has never been handled; NEAR MINT - Very sharp corners with no impacts or bends, like new; EX - Small writing and/or a small split seam and/or a small bent corner and/or light shelf wear and/or a small tear, and/or light ring wear / light edge wear / bumped corners / small stain mark ; VG -Writing and/or split seams and/or corner wear and/or shelf wear and/or tears and/or ring wear / water stain; G/fair - Cuts and/or holes and/or missing parts.
