1984 original 1st pressing on Disques Esperance. Etched matrices: ESP 165 558 A AM MPO and ESP 165 558 B AM MPO

No attempts trying to slicken the sound for westerner's ears here. Just Ali Farka in his rawest and purest form as if he's playing these tunes for his fellow villagers on a local square in Niafunke.

Vinyl: NM. Looks like it just came from a retail store and it was opened for the first time. The finish is shiny, with no visible defects. Labels are superb, clean and bright without marks. Spindle shows no sign of wear. And no warps.
