Alice Cooper 1st Press US LP Billion dollar Babies EX ’73 Inner + Banknote
Original 1st Press US LP released in 1973 on the Green Warner Label. Cat: BS2685. Features embossed gatefold cover with fully intact perforated cards on inside of gatefold. Has foldout billion dollar bank note which is in Excellent condition. Also has printed lyric inner bag which has some light age spots and is in VG+ condition.With Billion Dollar Babies, Alice Cooper refined the raw grit of their earlier work in favor of a slightly more polished sound (courtesy of super-producer Bob Ezrin), resulting in a mega-hit album that reached the top of the U.S. album charts. Song for song, Billion Dollar Babies is probably the original Alice Cooper group's finest and strongest. Such tracks as "Hello Hooray," the lethal stomp of the title track, the defiant "Elected" (a rewrite of an earlier song, "Reflected"), and the poison-laced pop candy of "No More Mr. Nice Guy" remain among Cooper's greatest achievements. Also included are a pair of perennial concert standards the disturbing necrophilia ditty "I Love the Dead" and the chilling macabre of "Sick Things" as well as such strong, lesser-known selections as "Raped and Freezin'," "Unfinished Sweet," and perhaps Cooper's most overlooked gem, "Generation Landslide.

There are a few light spindle marks on labels. Record has some light scuff marks that cause a few light crackles and is in Excellent condition. Billion dollar bank note is in Excellent condition. Printed lyric inner bag has some light age spots and is in VG+ condition. Embossed gatefold cover has light ring wear and a few tiny surface tears around edges, perforated card inner sleeve is fully intact. Cover is in Excellent condition.

Wrapping method: All records are sent in stiff cardboard mailers then wrapped in brown paper and sealed around edges with brown packaging tape. Records are taken out of sleeve to avoid seam splits and ring wear.
Post methods within Australia: All records are posted via Australia Post. Within Australia all items come with a tracking number.
Post method for overseas: All parcels are sent via Australia Post and are sent on a standard airmail service. There are no tracking numbers on these items. If you require a tracking number the item will have to be sent as an insured item which incurs a further postage fee.
