Description
Here's a fun one from my days as a college radio DJ. This original pressing of the debut 'Facelift' LP by Alice in Chains was released on Columbia Records in 1990. Funny thing is, they sent this out in a 'We Die Young' 12" sleeve, then stuck a sticker on the front cover informing that the 'Facelift' LP was inside. Kinda funny, of course this was at a time when the band was just getting some buzz, which maybe explains the bootleg approach. In amazing shape, especially considering its age, and I am the original owner. This LP helped create the grunge scene monster, based on 'Man in a Box' and 'We Die Young', amongst the many hits. Here's your chance for a rare and limited piece of music history. Unless stated otherwise, all of my records are in very good to almost perfect condition, with most having been recorded straight to tape or digital, thus having minimal playing time. I base shipping rates of of the ebay shipping calculator, assuming USPS shipping. If you'd like special shipping, please let me know, and feel free to drop me a line for quotes on international shipping (7"s are 1 lb or less large envelope, LPs are 1 to 2 lbs, thick envelope). Shipping costs include the cost of vinyl-specific cardboard mailers to ensure that you receive the records in top shape.
