Description

 From Wikipedia:
"New Years Eve 7" is an LP by Alkaline Trio released on New Years Eve 2006.
It is a split 7" disk, with Alkaline Trio, and the Smoking Popes."

Deets:
This was given out as a free gift to audience members at their 2006 NYE show at Metro
Chicago.  On this 7", Alkaline Trio covers the Smoking Popes tune "Off My Mind" and
the Smoking Popes cover Alkaline Trio's "Blue Carolina."  (Both are great covers, btw.)
Not sure how many were pressed (just emailed the company who made them to find out.)

I use to work at Metro, went to the show and got a few extra copies.  I gave most of
them away to friends who couldn't get tixs (it was sold out) and when I moved recently,
I found an extra copy.  It's never been played and is still in its original plastic sleeve.

I just lost my job and since I have another copy, I figured it's time to let this gem go to
a good home.  I constantly send vinyl to my friends back in Chi so I will pack this
bad-boy like it was a freakin' fabergé egg (aka, no worries about it arriving busted.)

Anyways, any questions, blah blah blah.. lemme know.

ps. that gray oval you see in the bottom of the pics of each side of the vinyl is the reflection
of the cord of my camera.  THERE ARE NO SCRATCHES OR FLAWS (like i said
this killer's never been played.)

As far as I know, this item has never been eBay-ed before so this is the point where you
"Ooo" and "Ahh", and then place a bid. Anyways, any questions, blah blah blah.. lemme know.

Update: Thanks so much to everyone who's bidding.. I'd like to take a moment to highlight the
fact that I AM UNEMPLOYED and NEED TO PAY MY BILLS in 8 DAYS. If you feel
like making a donation via paypal, out of the kindness of your heart, know that God, Jesus, Allah,
Elohim, Bank of America, TMobile, Chase and I would greatly appreciate it.  Rock on and good
luck everybody.
