Description

Allen Ginsberg, "The Lion For Real" (Great Jones, GJ 6004). RARE album by the legendary beat poet. Produced by the great Hal Willner, with an all-star, all-hip cast of rock and jazz luminaries, including: Bill Frisell, Marc Ribot, Prairie Prince, Beaver Harris, Ralph Carney, Steve Swallow, Gary Windo, Rob Wasserman, et al.  The cool cover is a pristine VG+, with a 2 1/2-inch gold-embossed promotional stamp on the back cover, over the bar code in the upper right hand corner. The vinyl is MINT-minus -- I only give a Mint grade to sealed items, but it's pristine, squeaky-clean, looks brand new, unplayed. Sight graded. Strict grading.
