Description
Allen Toussaint - LIFE, LOVE AND FAITH
Label: Reprise Records - MS 2062
Format: Vinyl, LP, Album
Country: US
Released: 1972
Genre: Funk / Soul, Blues
Style: Soul
Condition:
This album has been played on a turntable to test for defects (i.e. excessive warpage, off center spindle hole, abnormal surface noise, etc.) and audio quality.
Vinyl: EX. There are no scratches and only a couple of very faint, nearly imperceptible, scuffs on the entire records.
Sleeve: VG+. Some wear to corners with bottom right starting to split (1/2"). Please see photos for condition.
Audio: EX. There is virtually no surface noise. With the exception of light static in the run-in / runout deadwax, the entire album played clean and clear and was overall an excellent listening experience.
Notes: I cannot positively identify this version. This version / runout matrix does not appear in the Discogs list. This edition has the Los Angels pressing plant starburst in runouts.
Alternative label layout. "STEREO" is NOT printed at the bottom as with other copies and the border text is elongated. 1972 release, pressing variation that has "RE 1" on labels.
Runout Matrix:
Side A: MS-I-2062-RE-I LW-I 1 ✲
Side B: MS-2-2602-RE-I LW-I 1 ✲
Shipped via USPS Media Mail in a new media mailer, new MoFi Master inner sleeve and new vinyl outer sleeve.
