Description
This is quite a remarkable bluegrass l.p. & it all has to do with the songs chosen for this album. This is a vinyl private pressing of Allengrass by Red Allen & The Allen Bros. from 197? I'm assuming that Red Allen is the patriarch of the family & that the 4 long haired Hippies in the band are his sons. I've had bluegrass albums come & go but not with songs like this. House Of The Rising Sun, Proud Mary, & Reason To Believe. The remainder of the songs are: Evil Hearted Woman, Roust-A-Bout, O' Childish Love, Walking And Humming, Story Of Two, Hobo Joe, Singer, Willie Boy, & Of The World We Live In. The cover of this l.p. is VG+ but it does have 2 repaired seam splits. It also has 2 tiny tears in the upper right hand corner on the front cover. The vinyl is visually EX. I did not play grade this l.p.
