Description
( Allman Brothers Band ) Allman Joys featuring Duane & Gregg Allman / Early Allman
Japan Orig. PROMO LP
Mercury RJ-5145
Appendices: "Original OBI” & “Promo White Label”
( INSERT is not originally issued )
Description: This is scarce Japanese original PROMO copy ( released in 1974 ) of their compilation album. This album includes following 12 tracks of Allman Joys ( featuring Duane & Gregg Allman, which forms Allman Brothers Band later ). The label is beautiful in white for promotional use. The insert is not originally issued for this album. Instead, the back-cover shows “English lyrics”, and “Japanese description” is on the back of obi. It’s hard to find Japanese promo copy of this album even in my country nowadays. Scarce item from far east to serious collector.
SideA: Gotta get away, Oh John, Street singer, You’ll learn someday, Old man river, Bell bottom britches,
SideB: Spoonful, Stalling for time, Doctor fone bone, Changing of the guard, The forest for the tree, Northern bondary,
Condition: G+/NM- ~ EX+ (Cover/Disc)
COVER: Cover is partly worn on the corners & outer-edges. It’s stained with brown spots on the surface of back, and in upper portion of front. It has partial ring-wear in lower portion of front, otherwise no tear, strip, dent & writing…OK.
DISC: Disc is nearly TOP in condition, keeping glossy. It has some slight stains with a few colored lines on each label. It has otherwise none of any scuff, scratch, hairline & spindle-mark on each label, which is to be rated as "above". No flaw on the groove of each side,…very clean disc, I guarantee you.
OBI: G+, being aged and stained on the surface of back, and in upper portion of front.
INSERT: INSERT is not originally issued for this album.
