Another amazing offering from one of my retired music buddies. From 1969 we have for a no reserve auction a never played, first press copy of the ATCO Records release, “The Allman Brothers Band”, catalogue # 308. Never played vinyl has a high gloss surface, perfect yellow ATCO labels and retains its original, colored catalogue inner paper sleeve. Gatefold jacket has survived in excellent condition with strong corners, no cut through or notations. This is a very early textured cover. Selections: Don’t Want You No More, It’s Not My Cross To Bear, Black Hearted Woman, Trouble No More, Every Hungry Woman, Dreams and Whipping Post.
