Description
This three-disc set from Westwood One Radio's Superstar Concert Series is a live Allman Brothers recording that first broadcast in October 1991. Two of the discs are the concert itself, the other one is just commercials. One corner of the box has split and been mended with matching tape (see photos). These recordings were never made commercially available, but come brand-new and unplayed from the collection of Sandy Gibson, who wrote and produced the 14-hour, internationally syndicated, "The Doors: Setting the Record Straight," for Westwood One Radio in 1988. Gibson is a musicologist and former Director of Publicity at Atlantic Records currently residing in the Beltway. Musiographi/y is the geography of music and is registered at the Library of Congress.
