Description

From my own personal collection, here is the Classic Records remaster of a famous 1954 RCA Living Stereo recording of Richard Strauss Also Sprach Zarathustra, performed by the Chicago Symphony Orchestra conducted by Fritz Reiner. Re-mastered from the original RCA master tapes using an all analogue playback and cutting system and pressed on 180 gram pure virgin vinyl.
Limited edition from the first pressing series, number 1 - 0461, this Classic Records pressing was released in 1994 - now long out of print and copies are hard to find, especially virtually mint like this one.
I bought this disk brand new and sealed. Played just a couple of times on a Rega P3 deck. The disk is pretty mint - may have some dust which I have not attempted to remove so you can use your own preferred method. Sleeve shows some minor storage wear - see photos, and has been kept in its original polythene outer slleve. From a smoke free home.
