G+ / VG-, cover is quite worn from general use but laminated front is quite clean and presentable, vinyl is clean and glossy and plays beautifully apart from a small skip at the very end of the fade out of 'I'm Still in Love'. I hadn't noticed this previously, it may be OK on a SL1210 deck, you may be able to fix it but I don't want to mess around with it too much, no obvious dirt or raised grit.

Original UK issue of one of the great early reggae albums, from a very gifted performer. The late Alton Ellis was one of the superstars of the 60s scene but too much of a soul man to mix it up with Marley's rockers in the 1970s. Smooth and soulful, this album is a joy to listen to. On the seminal blue Coxsone label, faeturing I'm Still in Love, Just a Guy, Ain't That Loving You (great LP version) and more.

Label clear. An increasingly difficult to find LP on original issue.

These LPs are from a private collection purchased recently. This batch had been stored a somewhat draughty attic. However, records have not been abused over the years and the vinyl is generally in good condition.

I have played all of the LPs but not right the way through. But they have been cleaned with a professional solution and I am not aware of any skips or jumps on the LPs in this batch.

The result is a chance to bag some fairly obscure reggae at a good price. There are no MINT records in this batch but all ideal for sound system or as collection fillers.

The condition will be given with the sleeve first, then the vinyl, so VG / EX is a vg sleeve and ex vinyl.

If you are having trouble with extra security requirements when trying to bid let me know and we can discuss. I have tried to describe as accurately as possible these items, please read the descriptions properly before bidding. Thanks for looking.
