Description
Format: 3 LP Label/Number: 734-13 Artist: Various Title: American Top 40 for 12/29/73 - Top 40 Hits of 1973
Tracks: The complete radio show on three disks, counting down the Top 40 hits of the year 1973. Includes all intros and outros by Casey Kasem and breaks for Station ID's and Local Inserts. Includes the 6-page timing sheet.
Record Condition (See Grading Standards below): VG+ to VG++ A couple of light scratches on each side. None are serious. Generally in very nice shape for a rare 30-year-old set.
All of the records that I am selling come from personal collection so I am aware of their history. All were kept in very controlled conditions and with a minimum of handling.
Cover Condition: Box does not show excessive wear; however, 7 of the 8 corners are split. These could be repaired, but I will leave it up to the winner if they want to do it. Sleeve Information/Condition: Original paper sleeves with plastic lining. Grading Standards:- M - Still Sealed - The original Shrinkwrap is still on the package.
- M- - Opened but looks brand new. No surface marks of any kind.
- VG+ - A minimum of wear that should cause little surface noise.
- VG - Wear is more pronounced and will cause pops but not skipping. May also include pressing imperfections such as bumps or low spots. Label may show some wear or marks.
- G - Not really very good at all. A record that was obviously not taken care of with multiple major wear/scratches that seriously degrade the audio.
- F or P - Don't worry about it. I won't sell these as they will not play all the way through without skipping. Better to melt into a modern sculpture.
