In this listing, you get the chart date of 5/13/89 from American Top 40 with Shadoe Stevens. You get the complete set of 4 LP records with the original sleeve. I would rate the entire collection in good condition. The records have some smudge spots on them. I didn't observe any scratches on the records. They play perfectly. I have listened to this countdown myself, and they gave me no trouble. The sleeve will have some edge wear on it. I would only rate it in good condition. The original papers will be included. Just know that it has pen markings and highlighting on the sheets (see pictures). This is a great chart date to add to your collection.
