Description
OK, all of you American Top 40 junkies! Here are the original records that were sent to AT 40 affiliates for airplay. This is a 3-record set for the week ending March 30, 1974.
Sadly, the box has seen better days - it appears that the set was stored in a damp location for some time.
Fortunately, the records didn't seem to be affected by this - I was able to play all three with no problems on a Yamaha turntable, using an Audio-Technica cartridge, with the tonearm tracking weight set at 3g.
The cue sheets enclosed are reprints.
Enclosed is a DVD-ROM - I realize that some of us out there do not have the equipment to dub vinyl to digital, so I am including the entire show in .WAV format on the DVD. I have been doing digital audio editing for seven years now, and am able to produce a vinyl-to-digital transition with little to no noise. The DVD is considered to be a gift - there is other useful material on it!
