See Pictures.  Has been in personal collection since 1994. Bought 2 copies from Tower Records on South Street, Philadelphia. Both copies had promo cut & similar crease marks / condition. This one mainly been stored in sturdy storage box with other ‘offensive’ comedy albums, think Red Fox, Richard Prior, that rarely if ever see the light of day.  Audiophile 5 mil ultra clear / thick outer sleeve.
