Description

Andrew Hill (with Kenny Dorham, Eric Dolphy, Richard Davis, Tony Williams, Joe Henderson).  Stereo LP in mono jacket.  LP has “Blue Note records Inc – New York USA on label, plus “stereo” and ear cut into the lead-out groove. Some cyclical contact from the bass solo audible for about 12 revolutions in bass solo for “Refuge”. NM- despite some visual spotting in the press that does not sound on playback. Very strong and brilliant sound. Jacket is remarkably clean and tight., NM  Has a small stain to bottom of back, and a Mays price sticker on back. 1965 sleeve:  "26 years of Blue Note”, slightly creased.

Here’s the fourth of about 50 batches of records from a fastidious NY-area collector with excellent taste. One owner since release in most cases. Very many of these were played either very little or very carefully. They’ve been carefully play-graded as well.  Low starts, as you can see, and almost no reserves. Bid with confidence. Combined shipping available within reason.
