Description
This is your chance to own an original early 1970s early pressing of Andy Roberts NINA AND THE DREAM TREE vinyl LP on the Pegasus label, PEG 5.
Condition is Used.
This record has been kept in a cool dry cupboard and un-played for well over 40 years having been purchased by me in the 1970s and then carried off to university and subsequent houses in a record box.
I have not played it, to check track quality, as I no longer have a respectable turntable fearing that one of today's modern USB record decks would act more like a plastic milling machine. My comments below are therefore based on a close visual inspection only. I have not cleaned the disc.
Disc:
Side A:
The label is in near mint condition with crisp printing and little or no rubbing to the central spindle hole with no spindle rub marks.
The disc surface is in excellent condition with no visible rubbing or skid marks or scratches. There is some slight surface dust and a few partial fingerprints visible. The Matrix / Runout is stamped with PEG 5A-2U.
Side B:
The label is in near mint condition with crisp printing and little or no rubbing to the central spindle hole with no spindle rub marks.
The disc surface is in excellent condition with no visible rubbing or skid marks or scratches. There is some slight surface dust and a few partial fingerprints visible. The Matrix / Runout is stamped with PEG 5B-1U and CAS 1045B-1U crossed out.
The photographs hopefully give some idea of the condition of the vinyl disc.
Sleeve:
The original sleeve is in good overall condition no tears, some light creasing to the corners and only minimal age related discolouration.
Cover:
The laminated cover is in good overall condition with some slight delamination, but no breakage, of the film covering close to the spine from handling. The laminated cardboard is smooth and crisp with little or no rubbing and wear to the spine, bottom edges and corners. There is some light rubbing to the laminate from the record imprint and residual glue from two pricing labels (top left corner).
Please inspect the photographs carefully.
SHIPPING:
