Description

This is the original deep-groove pressing of “Angola Prison Spirituals” on the black and silver labels of Louisiana Folklore Society LFS A-6. The playing surface is MINT, with a high luster; perhaps played once. The frame cover is clean and bright throughout; the top seam has 1 ½” rubbing at the spine and ½” wear at the opening; the bottom seam has ½” wear at the opening; “Sample” stamped at the lower left corner of the front. Personnel include Robert Pete Williams, Andy Mosely, Tom Dutson, Willy Joe, and Willy McGee. WE NOW ACCEPT PAYPAL.
