Description
This is Pink Floyd - Animals pressed in France. Unlike other pink versions of this record, everything is pink. The vinyl, the sleeve, the cover. I have never seen another like it. I picked it up used a very long time ago. The only thing I can think of is the sleeve and cover were made for promotional reasons.
A definite collectible for the Floyd collector. This is one of my prized items. There is no writing on either the sleeve or the jacket. Only the label is like other pink records I have seen. The entire spine is white with no writing.

Slight amount of reflection in the photos. The tone is the same. Cover is reflective and the sleeve is not.

Vinyl is mint, no issues at all. Cover and sleeve are in excellent condition slight amount of wear. If anyone has a clue about this version of the record feel free to contact me.
EDIT: A fellow eBayer contacted me and helped to confirm this is a promo for the Animals release. The vinyl is not translucent. There is no sticker marks or residue on the album cover. There is a very small sharp mark about 1/3 down the edge of the album where it opens.

I was also told the French promo version has never been counterfeited.
Every record I sell was played less than a handful of times. They were transferred to tape in order to promote their longevity.
