Description

Anne Briggs The Time Has Come


This is the original 1971 release on cbs records


The cover has no splits or tears but as shown does have some wear to edges and corners. Light wear to front cover but overall a very presentable cover!


The vinyl has been checked visually and listened to. Visual grade is vg+/vg. On extremely close inspection there is lots of superficial surface wear that can be seen and also a couple of slightly more prominent marks. All wear is totally superficial. The record has been listened to in it’s entirety on my audio technica lp 120 and plays throughout with no skips or jumps. I listened to this loudly and there is a light crackle which can be heard throughout but does not impact on the listening quality. The tracks plays crisply and beautifully and Briggs voice comes out wonderfully like she’s in the room with you. I have only cleaned this with clear groove solution so I do believe a professional clean will improve this again! Audio quality I would grade as vg+/ex-
