Description

Anne Briggs, The Time Has Come LP Album, Folk Rock, Original 1971 UK 1st press, EX to EX+ condition, Stereo CBS 64612.

I have been a collector of vinyl for a very long time and am now at the stage where I need to start selling my collection. I have only collected records that were in good condition or better, unless they were very rare. All of my records will be play tested (played on a vintage Toshiba deck) as well as being accurately described visually. Please feel free to contact me for any further information.

NB: please note, if any record, or multiple records are more than £60 in value, insured postage will have to increase to £8.00 fully insured and signed for.

This very rare and sought after album is in overall excellent to excellent plus condition.

The album cover is in excellent condition for its age, clearly having been carefully looked after. These covers have nearly always got a lot of wear because of the nature and colouring of the covers. This copy only has very slight edge wear and a few very light wear marks visible. There is also a slight indentation where the shape of the album has ever so slightly pushed against the front cover. Certainly not detracting from the overall great condition. I have never seen a better copy of this cover.

The inner is the original with barely any wear at all, only a few minor surface creases visible, again in excellent condition.

The vinyl is in excellent condition still retaining it's original glossy sheen . There are a few faint, barely visible whisps, probably from removing it from the sleeve itself. The label is clean with barely even any spindle marks visible.

The vinyl play tested beautifully with only the faintest little clicks and minor static in the very quietest parts. I think these are inherent in the original pressing rather than from over playing and certainly don't effect the overall enjoyment or sound. You would be hard pressed to find one in better condition.

Please note; in the unlikely event that there is a problem with the Lp when you receive it, you can return the Lp in the same substantial packaging it was sent, for a full refund. Return postage costs are met by the buyer only. Thank you and good luck.
