Description

Up for auction is a 1919 Antique Talking Book Corporation "The Elephant" Book and Record. The story is on the back of a heavy cardboard cut out of the Elephant. Attached is a 4 inch record Licensed by Emerson Phono. Company under Pat No. 1,213,468 etc. Jan. 23, 1917. In addition the front of the record is also marked TALKING BOOK CORPORTATION NEW YORK. The Elephant measures about 8 1/2 inches by 7 inches at highest point. The cardboard has some condition issues as shown and I have no idea if record plays.  It is in a protective sleeve and will be well packaged for mail. Please view all photos as they are part of the description and the best judge of condition.
