Aphex Twin - I Care because you do - 1995 UK 1st Press 2X LP + Poster & Bag!
Both records in NM (Near Mint) condition - possibly never been played! Poster has also stayed folded since bought. Sleeve in VG+ (Very Good Plus) condition, with just a few minor scuffs and creases. Plastic bag is a little creased and has a couple of small holes/splits at the seams from where the LP has been taken out and put back in, but it has been protecting the LP for almost 30 years after all!
From Discogs: 
A limited number of copies sold at independent record retailer "Chain With No Name" came with an exclusive poster and plastic carrier bag of the album cover.

Stated on back of sleeve: "Aphex Twin is not associated in any way with Aphex Systems Limited"
There are various manufacturing variants of this where different labels are applied to different sides.
This one is: 
Side A : barcode
Side B : writing that says "I care because you do".
Side C : close up of the mouth and nose from front cover image.
Side D : track listing information.
Runout etchings on all four sides of the LPs read DAMONT
