Description
Archie Williams and Company – ‘Wait She’s Coming’ / ‘Part II’ – A&W 189 (US)
I know nothing about this record except that it’s wonderful and most likely a 1971 release. A&W may or may not have been the same label that had ‘I Won’t Be Your Fool Anymore’ by The Gibralters, which was a Charles Wright Pan-World production. That would, of course, put it on the West Coast, though at the same time, the label copy for the Gibralters’ release on A&W has a 1650 Broadway, NYC address, so who knows? The Archie Williams is a smashing tune in any case, and very rare. Top copy, played less than a handful of times.
Condition: Excellent (please listen to the clips). Clean labels (please see scan).
Please reply within three days after auction close. Payment via Paypal expected within five days. Will not be held responsible for uninsured parcels.
Shipping 1-2 singles: US $8.00 to European destinations; US $10.00 to the rest of the world. Shipping 3-5 singles: $11.50 to Europe; $13.00 to the rest of the world. Registered and insured shipping (with a tracking number) is an additional US $11.00 per parcel to cover a total value not exceeding $80.00. The surcharge is US $16.00 to cover a total value of up to circa $1,500.00 (which is the maximum). Please get in touch for further combined shipping rates.
Shipping from Sweden has always been expensive – though I notice the rest of the world is catching up – not least due to the fact that the weight increments are few and far apart, but it’s usually swift and safe.
American bidders, kindly note that shipping to the US is not US $4.00; this is eBay’s default setting and not applicable as I am based in Sweden. Please use the postage rates above, or wait for my invoice. Thank you!
Happy to answer any questions! Please see my other auctions with many rare items this week!
Thanks for looking and good luck!
