Description
Pink Floyd 45rpm 7" vinyl picture sleeve single on the dutch Columbia (trademark of Gramophone Co Ltd), cat: DB 8156, year 1967. Title: "Arnold Layne" c/w "Candy and a Current Bun", Syd Barrett songs. This is a rare Dutch picture sleeve release inside a plastic bag, as per pictures. Made in Holland, matrix 7 XCA 27877//7692-1 and 7 XCA 27878//7693-2 in the inner grooves respectively. First release, purchased at time of release and imported privately.
The picture sleeve shows little signs of wear, but there is a 2mm tear on the very top of the front side. The vinyl is in very good condition, no visible spindle wear, no scratches or visible damage. There is some ring wear showing on the outer plastic bag that contains the picture sleeve. Condition is much better than can be expected for a 46 year old item. Truly rare item.
