Description
- Excellent copy of this 1960 Blue Note deep groove stereo original LP “A Night in Tunisia” (BN BST 844049, 47 West 63rd, NYC, RVG & “ear” in dead wax) with Art Blakey And The Jazz Messengers.
- The musicians are: Lee Morgan (trumpet), Wayne Shorter (tenor sax), Bobby Timmons (piano), Jymie Merritt (bass) and Art Blakey (drums).
- The tracklist is: A Night In Tunisia/Sincerely Diana/So Tired/Yama/Kozo’s Waltz.
- The glossy vinyl looks great with just a couple of superficial marks and plays with crisp, clear playback and just some very light occasional surface noise. I was concerned about one scratch but it turned out to be superficial and played through with no notice. The cover shows some light wear and aging primarily on the top seam where a small amount of the laminate is loose. The front cover has the original store price tag. The deep groove labels show some spindle marks.
