This is an auction of Art Blakey & The Jazz Messengers - The Big Beat - BLUE NOTE BLP-4029 MONO ORIGINAL with 47 West 63rd NYC DEEP GROOVE LABELS. Engineered by RUDY VAN GELDER with 'RVG" and the "EAR" in the deadwax trailoff of both sides. With Lee Morgan Wayne Shorter Bobby Timmons Jymie Merritt and Art Blakey. Professionally cleaned on a VPI machine.
FONT size=5 face=Arial> Record is visually graded as VG+ some light hairlines on each side but PLAY GRADES VG++ to Mint-, cover is VG+ with slight aging wear on back and edge wear at top with a 2" center split and at bottom with an 8" split from the opening edge back.
