Description
Art Farmer, Modern Art, 1st Press Mono, United Artists UAL-4007 Matrices: JO9P-1841-1 and JO9P-1842-1; also on both sides: the date10-23-58 inscribed, and stamped "A1." featuring Bill Evans and Benny Golson
Vinyl: Excellent Minus.. There are occasional low-volume ticks and even some slight surface noise at a few spots. But all defects are so minimal, mostly of the barely-audible variety, that the listening experience is hardly compromised. The sound quality is excellent: brilliant and alive.
Covers: Very Good Plus.. There is a bit of fraying at a couple of spots along the edge, particularly a 1" segment at the top of the spine. The back has some slight discoloration and a bit of embedded dirt, but the jacket is structurally intact and the cover photo is glossy and vibrant. Quite nice overall.
Packaging includes new audiophile inner sleeve, new outer sleeve, cardboard padding, bubble-wrap and a thick cardboard record box.
