(Please read the entire add, thank you ).......EPIC RECORDS, PROMO, AS 275.(ap 1)............Record is white, the disc is near mint.............the letter reads TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Enclosed you will find a tape of the Asbury Jukes Live from the bottom Line October 16 and 17, tentatively titled "Southside Comes Alive !" ( for aesthetic purposes only, of course).

Although this tape may reach you in the form of a record, it is not, and never will be a record.  It is merely a memento of an enjoyable gig that we would like to share with a few of our friends.  The tape in general is , well , basic.  What I mean is we'll never be accused of extensive overdubbing, let's put it that way; we didn't edit much, or punch in corrections and we didn't even dub in a Rolling Stone's audience.  And don't think i didn't try !  I was out - voted.  Budgets, you know.

Anyway all excuses aside, it sounds to me like everybody had a good time and, in the end, that's what it's all about, isn't it ?
