1980 UK Island "Grove Musik" 12" in die-cut company sleeve, 12WIP 6646

An all time classic roots tune from the film "Babylon".

Vinyl in very clean condition. Just a few of the lightest of superficial hairlines, no gouges or scratches and playback is clean throughout. Just one more visible hairline mark at the beginning of the dub side, but this is also superfical. Labels are clean. Only fault is that this is a not a flat pressing, and displays a fair amount of movement on the turntable when in play. This appears to be a pressing fault, NOT subsequent heat damage. On my player the sound is still good, and I can detect no problems due to the single not beng entirely flat. The warp is not pronounced enough to cause the stylus to jump or the recorded sound to become impaired. Nonetheless, the opening bid is set at what I consider to be a reasonable price for an acceptable playing copy with other imperfections.

Die cut company sleeve also in clean and complete condition. This is not a 12" which has "done the circuit".
