Description
I am offering one of the outstanding audiophile records of all time:
RCA LSC-2449 ROHOCG, A. Gibson conducts Bizet, Gounod - Faust Ballet, Carmen Suite.
DisK Condition VG (Goldmine Strict visual Grade) Several long, light, ugly marks, most of them superficial. DisK Playgrade: VG+ to VG++ Very enjoyable copy with some light surface noise throughout, mainly noticeable in the lull areas. The disk looks low wear and the downgrades are mainly from mishandling marks, most of which do not sound. There are a few tics on side 2 but noise is mostly random.
The sound is everything that has been written about... clarity, dynamic range, thunderous bass etc... You can almost feel the weight of the orchestra in your listening room! Label Info: LSC-2449 "Shaded Dog" - U.S. "i" pressing / matrix A2, 1s, 1s Cover is VG+ with light age stains on rear and shelf wear along edges - no splits
